Kevin has attained personal and professional success because he has flexible thinking while exhibiting the freedom to remedy questions of concern before they become problems. As a mentor, Kevin’s ultimate function is to impart knowledge and motivate through other koaches and shared life experiences. Kevin’s commitment to working with our youth comes from his own experience of having lived a similar life. He sees a little of himself in each child he teaches and koaches and understands their plight. Kevin believes there is something convincingly magical when a student or athlete senses that you speak from a deep personal reference. He helps students and athletes overcome obstacles in order to progress and succeed. In his approach with students and athletes, Kevin is caring, nurturing, and traditional as he believes those characteristics bring out the very best in every child.

As an educator and koach of twenty-five years and a father of four, Kevin’s has learned a variety of parenting, teaching, and coaching skills. Throughout every step of his career, oftentimes, in challenging environments, Kevin has placed the welfare of his students as his highest priority.

Kevin holds three master’s degrees: an MBA in business, an MA in Human Development, and a MS in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Kevin’s professional goal is to engage others to join in the relentless pursuit of excellence.
